Your REACH Only Representative for non-EU substance manufacturers
For manufacturers of substances established outside the EU. We act as your REACH Only Representative under Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, registering your substance in the EU on your behalf so your importers are treated as downstream users instead of registrants.

Before we accept an appointment, we review your substance identity, tonnage band and existing registration or data-sharing status against REACH requirements. If your substance is not yet ready for registration, we tell you before you pay for representation you cannot actually use.
Article 8 defines a specific role: an EU-established Only Representative who takes on the importer's registration obligations under Article 6, keeps information on quantities and customers up to date, and can respond to enforcement authorities. It does not certify your substance or replace the underlying safety data you need to hold - it adds an EU-based partner who registers correctly, on time, and keeps your formulation confidential from your EU customers.
