Polymers are currently exempt from registration, but their constituent monomers may themselves require registration.
Substances on the Candidate List for authorisation (SVHC), the Authorisation List (Annex XIV) or the Restriction List (Annex XVII) need an extended review before we quote representation, as do substances requiring CLP notification alongside registration.
Finished consumer products (as opposed to the substances within them), medical devices, cosmetics ingredients regulated solely under the Cosmetics Regulation, and biocidal/plant-protection active substances follow separate EU regulatory regimes rather than this REACH OR service.
